MOA SIGNING – The PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority (PHIVIDEC-IA) & 4th Infranty "Diamond" Division (4th ID) held the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on March 14, 2023. The event was held in the PHIVIDEC-IA Administration Building, MCT Complex, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. PHIVIDEC-IA was represented by its Administrator & CEO, MGen. Jesus A. Manangquil, Jr. (Ret) while the 4th ID was represented by its Commander, MGen. Wilbur C. Mamawag (PA).

Also, present during the signing were Philippine Veterans Affairs Office (PVAO) Administrator, Usec. Reynaldo B. Mapagu and Veterans Federation of the Philippines (VFP) Executive Vice President, MGen. Romeo D. Alamillo (Ret). The execution of the MOA aims to give assistance in the form of surgical, laboratory, dental and other equipment needed for military personnel, veterans and civilians in the Camp Evangelista Station Hospital (CESH), Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental. This forms part of the mandate of PHIVIDEC-IA in contributing to the welfare and well-being of the Veterans and retirees of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
