This is to inform the public that all transactions should be made through PHIVIDEC-IA AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEES ONLY covered with legal documents. When in doubt, you may get the name and position of the employee and verify in our office.

Any document, contract or communication that needs signature must be duly signed by the ADMINISTRATOR OR HIS DEPUTY ADMINISTRATOR.

Any form of illegal activity (Illegal Collection, Squatting, Fixing, etc.), must be reported to the PHIVIDEC-IA management through phone call, email or personal meeting. This management’s advisory is done in compliance of the Government’s Transparency Policy. Your personal information will be kept confidential in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A.
