This is to inform the public that there are Unauthorized Cease and Desist Order and other Unauthorized Letters circulating within the PIEMO Industries.

Be informed that Cease and Desist Orders or written communications are signed by PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority’s (PHIVIDEC-IA) Legal Services Division, Atty. Lezl JS Gusay, or by the Administrator.

In this regard, report immediately to the Office of the Administrator of PHIVIDEC-IA any unauthorized Cease and Desist Orders or communications not signed by the aforementioned PHIVIDEC-IA authorized signatories.

Please be guided accordingly.
