The PIE-MO Industries Association, together with PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority, celebrated its 35th Anniversary on August 26, 2016 held at the PIA Auditorium Administration Building, MCT Complex. The locator representatives gathered together as one to commemorate their partnership with PIA for letting them establish their businesses in the PIEMO - Special Economic Zone. The locators and PIA employees got to mingle and enjoy each other’s company.

PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority marked its 42nd anniversary on August 13, 2016. Prior to its main celebration, the annual sports fest and tree growing activities were held.
The celebration last August 12, 2016 started with a program which was hosted by Mr. Elfledo Resma, the Acting Manager of Ports Management Department. The program featured the intermission numbers from the selected PIA Job Orders and On-the-Job Trainees.
