DND UNDERSECRETARY VISITS PHIVIDEC INDUSTRIAL AUTHORITY – The newly-appointed Department of National Defense (DND) Undersecretary for Civil, Veterans, and Reserve Affairs, LtGen. Franco Nemesio M. Gacal (Ret.) visited the PHIVIDEC-IA last September 20, 2022. USec. Gacal and his party were welcomed by PHIVIDEC-IA officers led by Administrator MGen. Jesus A. Manangquil, Jr. (Ret.), Acting Deputy Administrator Engr. Alberto Jude S. Montes and the Management Committee Members.

The visit was followed by a briefing on the current status of the 3,000-hectare estate as well as the future plans for development inside and outside the estate, including a tour of the area for the Proposed Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) hospital inside the PHIVIDEC-IA estate.

Reynaldo B. Mapagu (Ret.) visited the PHIVIDEC-IA last June 21, 2022. USec. Mapagu and his party were welcomed by PHIVIDEC-IA personnel led by Administrator MGen. Jesus A. Manangquil, Jr. (Ret.), Board of Director Col. Jaime R. Bernal (Ret.) and Acting Deputy Administrator Engr. Alberto Jude S. Montes.
