COURTESY VISIT TO 4TH INFANTRY DIVISION – PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority Administrator MGen. Jesus A. Manangquil, Jr. (Ret)

The newly appointed PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority (PHIVIDEC-IA) Administrator, MGen. Jesus A. Manangquil, Jr. (Ret) paid a courtesy visit to 4th Infantry Division (DIAMOND) Commander, BGen. Wilbur C. Mamawag last March 1, 2022 at Camp Evangelista, Cagayan de Oro City.

The meeting discussed the plans for cooperation between PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority and the 4th Infantry Division (DIAMOND), which included the proposed donation of medical equipment and supplies to the Camp Evangelista Station Hospital (CESH).

The meeting was also attended by PHIVIDEC-IA Officials and Officers: Board of Director Col. Alexander O. Noble (Ret), Safety and Security Division Security Officer-V, Col. Jaime R. Bernal (Ret), and Veterans Affairs and Community Relations Division Manager, Mr. Gary C. Linsagan.

PHIVIDEC-IA ADMINISTRATOR – PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority welcomes the new Administrator & CEO.

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has appointed Retired Major General Jesus A. Manangquil, Jr. as PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority's Administrator and CEO for a term of three (3) years. Administrator Manangquil is not new to PHIVIDEC-IA as he was appointed by President Duterte as a member of the PHIVIDEC-IA's Board of Directors in 2020. Administrator Manangquil took his Oath of Office before the Department of National Defense Secretary, Delfin N. Lorenzana last February 11, 2022.

Administrator Manangquil has 33 years of dedicated and decorated military experience gained through progressive assignments to different areas across the Philippines with extensive training on strategic leadership and management as applied in national defense and security. He has strong advocacy for community organizing which led to the forging of partnerships and working relationships with community leaders and people's organizations to institutionalize government reform programs in his areas of assignment.

With Administrator Manangquil's management skills and experience, he will direct PHIVIDEC-IA towards new frontiers and a high level of effectiveness in the performance of its mandate.
