La Viña: PHIVIDEC to regularize all employees, 42 regular vacant positions now open TAGOLO-AN, Misamis Oriental: PHIVIDEC Industrial Authority Administrator and Chief Executive Officer Jose Gabriel “Pompee” M. La Viña announced the opening of 42 plantilla positions at the government-owned industrial estate in Misamis Oriental. President Rodrigo R. Duterte appointed La Viña as the PHIVIDEC czar last year to look into the welfare of the industrial estate workers and the war veterans. La Viña said that the filling up of the 42 “plantilla” vacant positions is also mandated by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).
On his assumption as the new PHIVIDEC-IA administrator and Chief Executive Officer, La Viña also promised to regularize all PIA jobs before 2022. The vacancies as posted by the CSC website are: accounting processor, administrative officer, cashier, civil security officer, community affairs officer, community relations officer, computer maintenance technologist, corporate budget analyst, data encoder-controller, department manager, division manager, driver, electrical foreman, harbor master, human resource development officer, industrial security guard, internal auditing assistant, internal auditor, private secretary, procurement analyst, property appraiser, records officer, revenue officer, sales and promotion supervisor, secretary, senior corporate budget analyst, shipping operations inspector, statistician, utility worker and waterworks technician.
